WHAT SIZES SHOULD WE ORDER?
Available sizes are noted next to each product in the catalog. Adult top sizes vary by product (call your customer representative for details). Adult waist sizes are S (28-30), M (32-34), L (36-38), XL (40-42) and XXL (44-46). Youth sizes, where available, are S (6-8), M (10-12), and L (14-16). HOW DO WE ORDER?
It is easy to place an order with T.S. Outfitters. No setup charges. No complicated math. We'll do all the work for you-all you have to do is decide what items you want to order. You can order online,fax your order, or call in your order.

Or just call us at 800-998-8870. We'll step you through the ordering process, and when we are done, we will send an order confirmation fax. The confirmation fax will display your order so there is no confusion. Keep your copy for your records. It is that easy!
CAN WE GET RUSH SERVICE?
Orders usually require 15 business days for delivery. If you need your order fast, select PRIORITY RUSH and receive your order in 12 business days-only 10% extra. If you need it faster, choose SUPER RUSH and receive your order in 7 business days-only 25% extra. Rush service is not available on all products, such as twill, so call for details.
CAN WE ORDER LESS THAN THE MINIMUM QUANTITY?
Unfortunately, our stated minimums apply to most products. For an extra charge, we are able to produce less than minimum quantities on some items. Please call for details.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Orders should be carefully inspected upon arrival for defects. All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and will be replaced or refunded if we are notified within 4 business days after arrival. Manufacturer defects can be returned within 30 days. Non-defective goods cannot be returned.
DO WE NEED TO READ THIS?
Of course! All products, prices and policies are subject to change without notice. Printed shirts will display our copyright name and phone number below each design. We are unable to produce orders below listed minimum quantities. Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once placed. Orders must be placed or approved by an adult. All reorders are considered new orders. Orders may ship 5% over or under the quantity ordered-these orders will be considered fulfilled, and you will be billed for the actual quantity shipped.
